Recruitment Specialist We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist to help us find, attract, and hire top talent. You’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. If you have a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities, we’d love to have you on board Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial screening to onboarding Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and business needs Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Stay informed on industry hiring trends and best practices 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with employment laws and best hiring practices Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills Why Join AspiraGlobal?
