As aRecruiter Specialist , you’ll work with a team of specialists to achieve specific targets weekly and monthly. You are responsible for closing hiring needs specific to Clients we support. You will report to the Recruitment Manager.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Virtual Assistance and Australian client support preferred
  • Sourcing or Marketing experience is a plus
  • Proficient in various recruitment platforms
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-demand environments
  • Can meet tight targets under pressure
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written English
  • Excellent administrative and time management skills
  • Quick to adjust to changes, works independently
  • Comfortable with video calls and conferences
  • Willing to work at Cbloc, IT Park, Cebu City
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Assisting, facilitating, screening and conducting interviews and assessments from beginning to end
  • Profiling candidates according to the Client’s business needs and requirements
  • Working, collaborating and brainstorming with the team to achieve weekly and monthly targets
  • Coaching members and sharing best practices in Recruitment
  • Coaching members and sharing best practices in Recruitment
  • Communicating and maintaining outstanding relationships with Clients, Stakeholders, Business Partners and the CEO
  • Leading and driving continuous improvements in Recruitment Processes
  • Designing Job Descriptions
  • Daily Ad Hoc responsibilities
