Live Operation Strategist - E-Commerce (Philippines)

Responsibilities
  • Business Strategy: Based on business goals, use methods such as data analysis, user research, and desk research to identify problems and opportunities, formulate high-ROI and industry-leading strategies, and deliver breakthrough business results.
  • Business Operations: Implement strategies and ongoing operations, track data, make timely adjustments based on market changes, collaborate with other teams, and achieve final business outcomes.
  • Product Operations: Gather merchant and cross-team requirements, design product requirements based on business needs, and work with product and other teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Project Management: Conduct effective project management, communication, and collaboration to ensure projects progress smoothly and on time, and achieve final results.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Excellent structured and logical thinking skills, capable of effectively analyzing open-ended problems and developing actionable solutions.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills, able to make decisions based on data.
  • Strong communication skills, with cross-team collaboration ability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in e-commerce is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience working in consulting industry is a plus.
