What You'll Do:

Studio Setup & Tech Management

  • Configure cameras, microphones, and studio lights to achieve optimal video and audio quality.
  • Manage OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) settings, scenes, and overlays for TikTok Live.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and keep livestreams running smoothly.

Livestream Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day livestream schedules and ensure timely start and end of shows.
  • Coordinate with livestream hosts, KOLs, and content teams for smooth execution.
  • Monitor livestream performance (viewership, engagement, sales) and suggest improvements.

Team Management

  • Lead and train a team of livestream moderators to handle chat, answer customer questions, and maintain community guidelines.
  • Ensure moderators are aligned on product information, promo codes, and customer service tone.

Process & Quality Control

  • Maintain a checklist for livestream setup and teardown to ensure consistency.
  • Review livestream recordings for quality assurance and provide feedback to the team.
  • Work with the marketing team to optimize product placements, script flow, and engagement tactics.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in livestream production, video production, or digital content operations.
  • Strong knowledge of OBS (or similar streaming software) and livestream platforms (TikTok Live experience is a huge plus).
  • Familiarity with studio equipment: cameras, tripods, lights, audio mixers.
  • Ability to think fast, solve problems under pressure, and keep the team calm during livestreams.
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership ability to manage moderators and hosts.
  • Passion for ecommerce, livestream selling, and emerging social media trends.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in ecommerce livestreaming or TikTok Shop. Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to measure livestream performance.
