Available roles IT Team Leader/Supervisor IT Manager What you\'ll be doing Manage and oversee a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful completion of IT projects and initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related challenges, implement innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the IT department Monitor and report on the performance of the IT team, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, knowledge-sharing, and professional development Serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the IT department and the organization as a whole What we\'re looking for Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a team leadership role within the information and technology (IT) industry Strong technical expertise and understanding of various IT systems, technologies, and best practices Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies An analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Other info Application Process: 1 Day hiring (Onsite Process depending on the availability of the hiring managers) Work set up: Onsite Schedule: Shifting Salary Range: Your current and expected salary as well as your interview with the hiring managers will be considered for the offer What\'s in it for you?
