Overview Join Copeland as a Senior Analyst Sales and Market in Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines. Responsibilities Duty 1: Metrics, Reporting and Analytics for Pre S&OP Monthly Cycle Data Gathering: Consolidates and standardizes data from different data sources; combines extracted data from multiple resources using automated tools (Excel, macros, other database tools); applies basic calculations to summarize data into information for analysis. Data Manipulation: Cleans extracted data using predefined guidelines; formats data for expected report output; creates histograms, charts and summaries to aid in decision support for Marketing and Sales. Data Analysis: Analyzes and interprets data using descriptive analytics; creates charts and trends to aid interpretation and understanding of the data. Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) Reporting: Attends regional forecast reviews with sales managers to discuss results and drivers; presents sales forecasts and gaps to stakeholders to secure alignment; conducts pre-SOP demand review meetings with the sales team for production planning. Duty 2: Continuous Improvement Identifies continuous improvement project ideas and supports process innovation.
