Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Document customer interactions and transactions clearly and thoroughly. Collaborate with other teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns. Maintain performance metrics including quality, attendance, and productivity. Qualifications At least 2 years of college education completed. Minimum of 1 year experience in international voice BPO. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
