Electrical Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at LCC - Liberty Commercial Center Inc. in Legazpi City. As an Electrical Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects. What you'll be doing

1. Preparing detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for electrical works
2. Analysing and interpreting electrical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
3. Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
4. Monitoring and controlling project costs, ensuring they remain within budget
5. Collaborating with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects
6. Providing technical and commercial advice to the project team
7. Preparing and submitting progress reports, cost variations, and other financial documentation

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
2. Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
3. Demonstrated expertise in electrical systems, including experience with electrical estimating, tendering, and contract administration
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
6. Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and other relevant computer applications
7. Familiarity with construction industry regulations, standards, and best practices
