QA/QC Engineer

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that construction projects adhere to quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices. They play a pivotal role in mitigating risks, preventing defects, and ensuring the overall success of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and quality assurance plans.
• Inspect and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Conduct material and workmanship inspections and document non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
• Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and test reports.
• Perform internal audits and participate in external quality audits.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards related to quality control.
• Provide training and guidance on quality standards and procedures to project staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years experience in quality assurance or quality control within the construction industry.
