• The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and optimize the end-to-end material procurement and inventory management for contract manufacturing for high-tech industry.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery of materials and components, meeting quality standards and project deadlines.
• Drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage through effective procurement, inventory control, and logistics operations.

• Strategic Planning :
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support internal projects, including procurement, sourcing, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define long-term supply chain goals, priorities, and performance metrics.
• Suppliers Relationship Management :
  • Manage existing supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery of materials and components.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Inventory (Materials) Management :
  • Optimize inventory levels and warehouse processes to minimize lead times, reduce carrying costs, and maintain adequate stock levels to support production schedules.
  • Implement inventory optimization techniques and monitor demand forecasts, sales trends, and turnover rates to adjust inventory levels accordingly.
• Logistics & Transportation :
  • Coordinate movement of goods and materials through the supply chain, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
  • Optimize transportation routes, modes, and carriers to minimize lead times and costs.
• Customs Clearance (LMW) :
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with tax regulations, customs laws, and other relevant regulations governing operations under LMW.
  • Prepare and submit customs documentation, ensure compliance with import/export regulations, and coordinate with customs authorities.
  • Liaise with government authorities to oversee LMW, address regulatory issues, obtain necessary permits or licenses, and facilitate smooth operations.
• Demand Planning & Forecasting :
  • Utilize forecasting models, statistical analysis, and demand planning tools to predict future demand and plan inventory levels accordingly.
  • Monitor demand patterns, market trends, and customer preferences to refine forecasting accuracy and responsiveness.
• Supply Chain Technology and Systems :
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize supply chain management software, ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle), and other technology solutions.
  • Leverage data analytics, BI, and automation tools to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across the supply chain.
  • Provide training and support to supply chain team members on technology platforms and systems.
• Risk Management and Resilience :
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the supply chain, including supplier disruptions, geopolitical instability, and natural disasters.
  • Develop contingency plans and business continuity strategies to ensure resilience.
• Continuous Improvement and Performance Management :
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, visibility, and traceability across the supply chain.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and opportunities for innovation; mentor and develop team members.
  • Monitor OKRs and metrics to drive continuous process optimization.

• Diploma or degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or operations management, preferably in semiconductor or contract manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and risk management.
• Experience in supplier management, logistics optimization, and demand planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail to drive process improvements.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle) and cloud-based tools; familiarity with Asana/SharePoint.
• Familiarity with LMW requirements and compliance is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
