Job Description

  • Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to enhance cost efficiency, service levels, and operational agility.
  • Oversee demand planning, and logistics, including import/export processes to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods.
  • Manage inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels aligned with business forecasts and customer demand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-such as sales, finance, and production-to streamline supply chain workflows and improve responsiveness.
  • Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, industry standards, and internal policies across all supply chain activities.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, uncover inefficiencies, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in supply chain operations within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management tools and software.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
