This role focuses on ensuring smooth operations across procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relations within the BARESCA industry . The ideal candidate will optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliability and quality. Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and plan replenishments to avoid stockouts or overstock. Coordinate logistics, including delivery schedules, warehouse operations, and transportation. Identify process improvements to optimize cost efficiency and operational effectiveness. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams for seamless operations. Prepare reports, analyze supply chain performance, and recommend solutions to management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in BARESCA or FMCG industries . Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes. Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
