SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR

CLIENT: CANADA-BASED; REMOTE

SHIFT: NIGHT / GRAVEYARD PHT

TYPE: FULL TIME; INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support our logistics and fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing shipping documentation, coordinating with 3PL warehouses, and ensuring accurate and timely order processing. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare commercial invoices and applicable customs documentation for all shipments originating from the Canadian warehouse.
  • Review and release daily orders to third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses.
  • Prepare and forward all required customs documentation to 3PL warehouses along with order releases.
  • Process daily shipments from the 3PL warehouse through the ERP system to initiate billing.
  • Perform administrative functions related to day-to-day supply chain operations, including data entry, record keeping, and shipment tracking.
  • Coordinate and assist with continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing logistics processes and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or shipping documentation.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and 3PL operations.
  • Strong knowledge of customs documentation and international shipping procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Home Office Requirements:

  • Internet Connection: Must be 25 Mbps at the least, preferably a wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-ins, wi-fi, or wimax.
  • Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
  • Headsets: The Contractor must have noise-cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
  • Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
  • Webcam - for meeting purposes
  • Must be comfortable working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor
  • Amendable to work in night shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
