
Cold Caller/Appointment Setter

We are looking for a highly proficient and disciplined Virtual Assistant specializing in Cold Calling and Appointment Setting to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments with key decision-makers in target companies.
This role requires an exceptional communicator with a profound understanding of American cultural and business nuances. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, making a powerful first impression and setting the stage for our sales team's success. Your ability to connect with prospects, handle objections, and secure meetings is paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients from provided lists.
- Clearly and persuasively articulate our company's value proposition.
- Qualify leads against established criteria to identify viable business opportunities.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Meticulously maintain and update lead and prospect information within our CRM system (HubSpot).
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates using Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams via Microsoft Teams to ensure a seamless lead-to-customer process.
- Adhere strictly to the provided work schedule and maintain open lines of communication throughout the workday.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Exceptional Communication: Must possess a clear, near-native American accent with no discernible regional dialect. Flawless fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Cultural Acumen: A deep and intuitive understanding of American cultural nuances, idioms, and figurative speech patterns is essential for building rapport with prospects.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in a cold calling or appointment setting role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Unyielding Work Ethic: The candidate must be impeccably punctual, reliable, and dedicated. Tardiness is not acceptable. You are expected to be present and contactable at all times during your shift.
- CRM Proficiency: To fulfill the responsibility of meticulously maintaining our lead database, hands-on experience with CRM software is required. Familiarity with HubSpot is a significant advantage.
- MS Office Suite & Collaboration Tools: To successfully track, analyze, and report on your KPIs and to collaborate effectively with our internal teams, an excellent command of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with the Microsoft Teams environment are required.
- Rapid Learner: Ability to quickly absorb information about our products, services, and sales processes.
- Resilience: Must be comfortable with rejection and persistent in the face of challenges.
Technical Requirements:
- A modern, reliable computer with a high-quality headset (with a noise-canceling microphone).
- A stable, high-speed, and uninterrupted internet connection.
- A quiet, distraction-free work environment to ensure professional call quality.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday.
- Salary: $5.00 USD per hour.
- Bonuses: Bonuses apply for personas landed that "fit" the bill of what our clients are looking for.
