Sales Transformation and Intelligence Officer

JOB OBJECTIVE: To supervise and coordinate the activities of the Sales Intelligence Analyst and Sales Transformation Specialist, ensuring their efforts align with strategic sales objectives and organizational goals. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee daily operations of sales data analysis and process improvement projects. Ensure that all initiatives support sales growth and organizational efficiency. Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to the team members. Coordinate the development and implementation of projects and strategies with clear timelines and deliverables. Monitor progress of initiatives, evaluate results, and report outcomes to senior management. Foster collaboration between the analytics, sales, and management teams to maximize effectiveness. Ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies during analysis and project execution. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Data Analytics, or related field. Extensive experience in sales operations, project management, or data analysis. Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of sales strategies, processes, and data interpretation.
