You will handle various administrative and process-driven tasks to reduce the burden on sales representatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow. Key Responsibilities: Manage sales operations processes , including commission splits, transaction classification, and Salesforce data clean-up. Ensure accuracy in Salesforce contract & subscription management. Reconcile credits & sales opportunities for partners. Support Salesforce CPQ & B2B Commerce Cloud processes. Develop & implement process improvements for sales efficiency. Assist in sales order processing & quoting support. Train and support sales teams on processes & deal submissions. What You’ll Bring 2+ years of experience in sales operations or sales support. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM & Salesforce CPQ. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong organizational & time-management skills. Customer-centric mindset with effective relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
