The company is focused on delivering excellence in its services and maintaining a strong presence in its field. Job Description Act as the HR leader by driving the client's strategy to support the organization's goals and objectives while ensuring alignment with global standards and practices. Manage and lead the HR Operations and Services, including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and HR Technology. Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations while managing relationships with government agencies to mitigate risks and maintain the organization's license to operate. Identify and assess efficiency opportunities to further improve HR operational processes. Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks, ensuring the organization's sustainability and compliance. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR and administration team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management and global counterparts, to provide insights and recommendations that drive informed decision-making and enhance organizational performance. The Successful Applicant A successful HR Shared Services Director should have: 8+ years of experience working in HR in a shared service environment Experience as an HR Lead in a Global Business Services (GBS) environment Experience leading GBS Talent Acquisition HR Operations (compensation and benefits, absence management, call center, talent acquisition), with a regional or global scope Experience in managing vendors and government relations At least 12+ years of experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within HR working in a shared service organization serving US business units (preferred) Workday, UKG, and ServiceNow experience (preferred) Experience leading large teams and multiple levels of leaders (preferred) What's on Offer Comprehensive benefits package (details to be discussed during the interview process).
