We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Property and Asset Management Associate who can provide excellent administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities. The responsibilities of the Property and Asset Management Associate include (but not limited to): Assisting in the development and implementation of asset management policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure efficient resource utilization. Supporting day-to-day monitoring of company assets, including tracking acquisitions, maintenance schedules, depreciation, and disposals. Coordinating with internal departments and vendors to facilitate asset-related requests such as repairs, procurement, and documentation. Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports related to asset inventory, valuation, and condition. Assisting in vendor evaluation and performance monitoring under the guidance of the supervisor or manager. Providing administrative support in compliance tracking, data consolidation, and report preparation for management review. Participating in audits, inspections, or inventory reconciliations as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Asset Management, or a related field. At least one (1) year of experience in asset management or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply Knowledge and Skills Foundational knowledge of asset management principles, practices, and tools. Proficiency in asset management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
