Process and oversee the application of construction bonds, ensuring proper documentation, compliance with regulations, and timely submission. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address technical issues, maintenance requests, and construction-related matters effectively. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and activities related to the above responsibilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Property Management, or a related field. Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a similar industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with buyers, homeowners, and external parties. Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and HOA management practices. Familiarity with construction bonds, occupancy procedures, and seminar coordination. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. Proficiency in using communication tools such as Viber, email, and phone for customer service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
