Responsibilities Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of the company's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs, in the compliance with Republic Act. No. 1 11058 and it's implementing Rules and Regulations (DOLE Department Order No. 252-25). Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSH standards and identify potential health, safety, and environmental risks for timely correction and hazard elimination. Serve as a key member pf the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) for the head office and assist in the organizational and training of Emergency Response Teams in Branches. Support incident investigations, hazard identification, and monitoring of safety reports to ensure timely submission of findings and recommendations. Coordinate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and health, ensuring active participation in OSH programs and compliance with legal requirements. Qualifications Knowledgeable in Occupational Safety and Health Standards, RA 11058, and relatable DOLE Policies and guidelines. Complete Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training (40 Hours) and relevant courses such as Loss Control Management and Hazar Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRAC). Must be an accredited safety Officer Level 3 in accordance with Dole Standards. Proficient in Google workspace applications and able to prepare reports, presentations, and monitoring dashboards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
