Job Summary:

The Safety Officer ensures compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH) standards, conducts safety inspections, and promotes a culture of workplace safety across various project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enforce workplace safety policies
  • Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE and OSH regulations
  • Provide safety training and orientations
  • Prepare and submit safety reports

Qualifications:

  • BOSH SO2 certification is required.
  • Atleast 2 years of safety experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and OSH standards.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to be assigned to Ulas, Davao City
  • Preferably residing within or near Ulas, Davao City
  • First Aid and Emergency Response Training is an advantage.
