Overview

Afni, Inc. is hiring for a Recruitment Manager in Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines. We’re seeking a leader to drive high-volume US agent recruitment in a fast-paced BPO/RPO environment. The Recruitment Manager will balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution to ensure we attract top talent for our growing business. You will partner with leadership, hiring managers, and stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals, ensure consistent fulfillment of US agent requirements, and manage recruitment operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage US agent hiring to meet headcount requirements and timelines.
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
  • Oversee and enhance the end-to-end recruitment process for efficiency and quality.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and maintain strong recruiting networks with schools, training centers, and industry partners.
  • Provide data-driven reports and insights to measure recruitment effectiveness and forecast future needs.
  • Drive special projects to improve recruitment operations and strengthen talent acquisition practices.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in US recruitment, including at least 3 years in RPO hiring.
  • Strong background in high-volume agent-level recruitment.
  • Willing to work on a fixed night shift and onsite in Commonwealth Q.C.
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Strong connections in the talent market with proven sourcing expertise.
  • Ability to design and implement recruitment strategies that deliver results.
  • Analytical, strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
