Overview

Lead team in setting recruitment goals and achieving talent fulfillment. Effectively managing the team's execution and capability development. Work closely with business teams to assess hiring capability and develop a hiring plan. Spearhead recruitment for highly specialized roles or niche positions and conduct talent mapping to ensure a supply of core talent. Oversee and optimize full cycle recruitment processes, build diversified hiring channels for experienced, campus, interns, and employee referrals. Build a talent pool for projects. Improve recruitment efficiency through data analysis and review. Establish and manage university-enterprise cooperation resources, build campus recruitment and intern systems, and create a talent pipeline. Develop and lead employer branding initiatives locally.

Qualifications
  • Experience in HR management, with over 8 years of recruitment experience.
  • Proven track record of hiring in AI/LLM fields.
  • Proficiency in the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing specialized or niche talent, and utilizing data-driven operations.
  • Strong skills in business collaboration and cross-departmental communication, with the ability to work under pressure and demonstrate excellent leadership.
  • Familiarity with recruitment-related laws and regulations, as well as industry talent trends.
  • Excellent leadership with good communication skills.
  • Recruitment experience in AI LLM annotation or multilingual hiring and experience in various HR modules.
