Job Description: Promptly responding to customer queries via Phone call, Live Chat, and/or Email (follow-up via outbound calls if needed) Respecting client confidentiality at all times Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints with utmost confidentiality Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times Occasionally conducting outbound calls to customers Processing emails Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues that cannot be handled directly Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customer issues Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with suggestions for improvement Sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments for product and service improvements Familiarizing with new products and services as they are introduced Attending workshops and meetings as required Aiding and supporting new customer service agents Enhancing customer value through maximizing conversion and retention opportunities using marketing initiatives and the ‘Sales through Service’ approach Performing any other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Preferably 1 year of experience as a Voice Customer Service Specialist Preferably 1 year of experience as a Chat Customer Service Specialist Preferably 1 year of experience as an Email Customer Service Specialist Experience in Gaming Accounts is a plus Fresh graduates, beginners, and shifters are encouraged to apply Typing speed of 40 wpm (verified via online test) Good command of written English and local Tagalog Ability to converse fluently in English and Tagalog Willingness to work on shifting schedules and holidays Ability to work onsite daily High respect for confidentiality and integrity Computer literacy, familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Other, Public Relations, and Management Industries Entertainment Providers This job posting is active and currently accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
