Job Description:- Promptly responding to customer queries via Phone call, Live Chat, and/or Email (follow-up via outbound calls if needed)
- Respecting client confidentiality at all times
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints with utmost confidentiality
- Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times
- Occasionally conducting outbound calls to customers
- Processing emails
- Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues that cannot be handled directly
- Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customer issues
- Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with suggestions for improvement
- Sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments for product and service improvements
- Familiarizing with new products and services as they are introduced
- Attending workshops and meetings as required
- Aiding and supporting new customer service agents
- Enhancing customer value through maximizing conversion and retention opportunities using marketing initiatives and the ‘Sales through Service’ approach
- Performing any other duties as assigned
- Preferably 1 year of experience as a Voice Customer Service Specialist
- Preferably 1 year of experience as a Chat Customer Service Specialist
- Preferably 1 year of experience as an Email Customer Service Specialist
- Experience in Gaming Accounts is a plus
- Fresh graduates, beginners, and shifters are encouraged to apply
- Typing speed of 40 wpm (verified via online test)
- Good command of written English and local Tagalog
- Ability to converse fluently in English and Tagalog
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules and holidays
- Ability to work onsite daily
- High respect for confidentiality and integrity
- Computer literacy, familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
