On-site - Pasay 3-5 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description Employee Recognition and Rewards Holiday Gifts Government Mandated Benefits Insurance Health & Wellness Document management: Implement and maintain document control processes for drawings, specifications, manuals, and other technical materials throughout the project lifecycle. Quality control: Ensure the quality and accuracy of all project documentation, including checking for adherence to standards and timelines. Distribution and tracking: Manage the distribution, tracking, and archiving of documents to internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders. System administration: Operate and maintain the Document Management System (DMS), including managing access rights, and ensuring secure storage and retrieval of both electronic and physical documents. Reporting: Generate reports on document status and progress to keep the project team informed. Administrative support: Provide general administrative support, such as coordinating meetings, managing project correspondence, and assisting with site visits. Compliance: Ensure that all controlled documents are current and that the company adheres to its Quality Management System and record-keeping policies. Required skills and experience Experience in document control, preferably within the construction or solar industry. Proficiency with Document Management Systems and other relevant software. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
