QUALIFICATIONS:

· At least a high school graduate

· At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in warehousing and inventory

· Highly organized and able to store efficiently, monitors the quality of inventory

· With previous experience as an Encoder is a plus

· Average oral and communication skills

· Willing to work in Merville Area near Parañaque

· Ready to render Overtime work

· Ready to work on alternating Saturdays

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Scan/ Encode the airwaybill and required information for all E-Com platform

· Getting the correct item from the cretes

· Helps in packing the items for delivery

· Controls the inventory of merchandise

· Checks merchandises that we will be delivered to avoid discrepancies and further problems with the clients/customers.

· Picks orders to be forwarded to the packing stations

· Monitoring and Encoding merchandise list

· Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday | compressed working time (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM)Alternating Saturdays | only twice a month (9:00 AM - 4:00PM)
