Primary Responsibilities : Monitor and oversee line maintenance activities during the shift, ensuring alignment with the maintenance plan. Track and assess aircraft fleet status, identifying potential AOG situations through close coordination with Operations, support departments, and the Approved Maintenance Organization. Manage deferred defects and MEL/CDL items, monitoring recurring issues and their rectification progress. Provide real-time updates to the Network Control Center (NCC) Operations Team, informing them of emerging defects and maintenance concerns, along with their impact on operations and aircraft limitations. Evaluate maintenance activities on line aircraft, liaising with maintenance providers to assess operational risks and recommend actions if flight disruptions are imminent. Qualifications : Must hold a degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related engineering field Minimum of six (6) years' experience as an Engineer A in Line and Base Maintenance, or as a Line Mechanic A Must be familiar with typical fleet technical management systems such as AIMS, AMOS, etc. and proficient using Airbus troubleshooting systems, particularly AIRMAN.
