As a Social Media Content Producer , you'll be responsible for the following: Hook-Driven Content Creation: Develop creative concepts and compelling hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds. Editing & Post-Production: Transform raw footage into polished short-form content using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Graphic Design & Photography: Create visually compelling graphics, thumbnails, and promotional materials; capture/edit still images to complement video storytelling. Copywriting: Write engaging, on-brand captions, headlines, and copy that sparks interest and drives action. Motion Graphics: Design and animate branded assets and transitions using After Effects (or equivalent software). Platform Optimization: Tailor and format content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, applying best practices per platform. Trendspotting: Monitor trends, meme culture, and industry shifts to pitch timely and relevant content ideas. Content Calendar Execution: Collaborate with Marketing to plan and maintain a consistent publishing cadence. Performance Feedback: Review analytics to refine and improve future content output.
