About the Role The Social Media Specialist will develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms for an Australian account. This role plays a key part in growing the online community, boosting engagement, and raising brand awareness.Its ideal for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys connecting people and brands through impactful digital storytelling. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and RedNote (as a bonus). Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand and marketing objectives. Maintain content calendars, campaigns, and community engagement to grow audiences. Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). Experience in RedNote marketing or content creation is highly desirable. Strong understanding of content strategy, audience growth, and social media analytics. Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage). Familiarity with graphic and video tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
