Main Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the day-to-day running of SG8 Official social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). Create engaging and high-quality content, from graphics, videos and written posts, tailored to our industry’s audience. Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to support monthly targets. Engage with online community, respond to comments and messages. Track, monitor and analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular timely reports to management team. Coordinate with partner agencies or providers during event days. Manage social media crisis with professionalism. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools and best practices to ensure effective strategies. Identify and establish relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with monthly targets. Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum two (2) years marketing experience, preferably with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns. Proficient in social media managing tools (e.g., Ads Manager) and analytics platform (e.g., Google Analytics). Proven knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices. Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on‑brand content. Creative mindset to think outside the box and create innovative, one of a kind content. Experience working with third-party social media and influencer marketing agency. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus. Other Kindly include your portfolio along with your resume.
