Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Social Media Ads Specialist to join our team. You will be the social media advertising expert behind our e-commerce clients\' paid media campaigns, turning clicks into conversions and driving sales.
- Develop and manage winning social media ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram (experience with additional platforms is a plus).
- Analyze data to evaluate ad performance and optimize spend to maximize sales within budget.
- Research ideal customer profiles for each campaign and use targeting options to reach them on social media.
- Craft compelling ad copy and visuals to attract attention and drive interest in clients\' products.
- Monitor campaigns, analyze data, and make changes to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Stay updated on latest social media advertising trends and best practices to keep campaigns cutting-edge.
- Prepare clear reports for stakeholders showing campaign performance and business impact.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social ads integrate with other marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Ads.
- Experience with media buying platforms, including Meta Ads.
- Experience in the B2B or B2C home and garden industry is a plus.
- Experience with Programmatic Ads is a plus.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone.
