Inbound Sales Representative (Work From Home) Join to apply for the Inbound Sales Representative (Work From Home) role at Spring Financial We have an ambitious roadmap that will enable us to build on our best-in-class customer acquisition and origination platform. Our goal is to create solutions and innovative new products for our end consumers, including next-gen credit cards and other data-based fintech products. Responsibilities Act as the final point of contact during the application process. Address any remaining questions or concerns before finalizing the application. Present and sell loan products based on the customer’s financial needs and circumstances. Maintain a positive and empathetic approach to convert potential hesitations into successful outcomes. Guide customers through the final steps of the process, ensuring satisfaction. Provide clear, concise financial education about product benefits to their credit history/file. Serve as a resource for customers, answering questions and offering guidance to build financial health. Ensure customers fully understand product offerings, terms, and how they can improve their credit score as an added benefit. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: 28,000-35,000 pesos/monthly Paid Time Off Internet Grant (Worth 2,000 pesos) Performance Bonus paid weekly CRM Management & Process Optimization Accurately document customer interactions, objections, and sales outcomes in the CRM system. Analyze CRM data to identify trends, optimize objection-handling strategies, and enhance conversion rates. Collaborate with team members to streamline sales processes, share insights, and drive continuous improvement. Utilize CRM data to track performance and refine sales strategies for better results. Desired Skills & Abilities 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in financial services in the BPO setup or similar. Expertise in objection handling and negotiation. Strong communication skills in English. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach and positive attitude.
