The Marketing Automation and CRM Lead is responsible for the configuration and execution of campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role will also be highly involved in CRM campaign design, implementation, and performance monitoring.

• Take charge in system administration, profile, and user management. Gather campaign requirements from stakeholders and lead the campaign solution and journey design.
• Configure and monitor CRM campaigns across email, social, web, and advise optimization opportunities based on campaign objectives.
• Build automation requirements for campaigns and BAU processes (including but not limited to) report dashboards, opt-in/out management, etc.
• Prepare and communicate campaign outcomes and make recommendations to the business.
• Manage development and integration projects as administrator of Salesforce platforms.
• Maximize the business value of marketing automation platforms.
• Build / enhance integration between Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other institutional platforms in FWD.
• Stakeholder management and alignment on requirements, roadmap, projects, and proof-of-concepts.
