Leasing Manager As the Leasing Manager , you will use your creativity to build strategies that fill the tenancy requirements of your mall assignment. Your goal is to create the best tenant mix that attracts consumers in the area. Responsibilities Conceptualize, develop and create strategies, policies, projects and procedures that increase, improve and maximize tenant occupancy of the malls. Review, analyze, propose and advise management and tenants on product/service mix concepts, construction requirements and compliance with contractual obligations. Oversee the administration and integration of sales and marketing functions to improve tenant performance, tenancy and leasing operations, aiming to achieve target rental income and planned occupancy levels. Achieve tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions set by mall management, regulations, company policies and established practices. Educational Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration or a related course. Experience Requirements 5 years of working experience in leasing, real estate, retail, fashion, sales and marketing, business development or related roles within an international/high‑end brand.
