We’re looking for a highly organized and reliable Lease Administrator / Finance Officer to support our Asset Management and Finance Teams. This is a hybrid role combining lease administration (MRI) and finance support (AP/AR, bookkeeping, reporting) — ideal for someone with strong accounting skills and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Lease Administration (MRI Property Software) Maintain and update lease data in MRI, including new leases, renewals, rent reviews, and expiries. Generate and review lease abstracts, payment schedules, and critical date reports. Track key lease events such as options, CPI reviews, and expiries. Prepare monthly lease status reports and tenancy schedules. Ensure lease data accuracy and upload executed lease documents. Finance & Accounting Support Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions efficiently. Process invoices, purchase orders, and payments in accordance with workflows. Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly accruals . Support bookkeeping and financial reporting tasks as required. Assist in audit preparation and maintain organized financial records. What You’ll Bring 3–5 years of experience in lease administration, property accounting, or finance . Experience in an Australian property company or property fund environment is highly advantageous . Strong Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable background. Proficiency in MRI Property Management software is highly desirable . Solid experience with Xero and bookkeeping . Strong working knowledge of Excel and attention to detail. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Can commit to working full-time onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City .
