From digital printing to smart glass technology, we’re driven by creativity, precision, and collaboration, all made in Chicago. Overview We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to shape our B2B digital presence and performance. Activate social media, email, and web channels, analyze results, refine strategies, and make sure our message reaches the right audience with the right impact. Responsibilities Social Media & Content Execution: Plan, create, and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and the Skyline blog Design visually compelling social and digital ad graphics to support campaigns and launches Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop content calendars based on performance metrics and business goals Lead Nurturing & Marketing Automation: Design and execute email workflows, drip campaigns, and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot Segment audiences to improve personalization and lead quality Maintain and organize contact data within HubSpot; assist with CRM integration as future tools (e.g., Salesforce) are implemented Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics — website traffic, social engagement, and conversion rates Prepare monthly and quarterly dashboards using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and related tools Translate insights into actionable strategies that drive ROI and campaign effectiveness What You’ll Bring 3+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub and WordPress (content updates, basic SEO, plugin management) Ability to design and adapt content for social and web advertising (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Familiarity with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking Experience using AI tools (such as OpenAI) for brand voice and content generation (preferred) Salesforce experience a plus but not required Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Business Consulting and Services We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
