Marketing & SEO Strategist Reports to: Senior Marketing Specialist Are you looking to make a splash for stormwater and help market our sustainable innovations and environmental products to the world? Drive digital marketing growth through search engine optimization and data analytics In this energetic role, you will be responsible for driving organic traffic growth through best‑in‑class SEO strategies while providing insights into marketing performance that guide smarter decisions across digital marketing channels. Responsibilities Develop and implement best practice SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website performance. Analyse marketing data and metrics (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies. Collect, analyse, and visualise marketing data in report formats for key stakeholders. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to understand search intent and identify high‑value terms to target. Optimize website content—meta tags, headings, URLs, internal links—to improve SEO outcomes, visibility, and user experience. Maintain and update dashboards, performance reports, and analytics tools with current and accurate data. Identify, develop & optimise website (WordPress) for SEO, including metadata, content optimisation, web vitals, structured data, and crawlability. Enhance digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic to digital channels. Propose new strategies to attract B2B customers and convert leads, testing methods to improve customer experience. Provide inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimisation, advertising, etc.). Work closely across the team to share ideas, incorporate feedback & showcase results. Provide data insights to influence digital engagement experience enhancements. Required Skills High proficiency with analytics tools – Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, and dashboard platforms. Previous experience with WordPress websites. Ability to configure, interpret, and report on user behaviour, traffic acquisition, and engagement metrics. Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO, including site audits, keyword research, backlink analysis, and content optimisation. Proficient in setting up tags, triggers, and variables for event tracking, remarketing, and custom conversions. Ability to build automated, insightful dashboards for stakeholders. Experience with data visualisation tools, reporting, and dashboard platforms. Understanding how SEO and analytics feed into content strategy, user experience, and conversion optimisation.
