Responsibilities The Building Solutions Sales Executive is responsible for the achievement of sales target through effective professional sales techniques gearing towards long-term customer relationships. Work on developing partnership / teaming with top construction company doing vertical and horizontal constructions. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: P20,000 to P25,000 + Transportation allowance Above average base pay, commission & incentive, retirement plan starting at 5 years tenure, HMO plan, Bonuses – Mid-year, Year-End & Special bonus, Commission and incentive, sick leave and vacation leave credits convertible Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of any BS Engineering / Architecture, Management or Marketing At least three (3) to five (5) years selling experience in Construction Industry, With previous handling of developers & contractors. Must have portfolio of known key account & contact person Know how to handle existing accounts and create/open new accounts Not more than 30 years old No butterfly stint (2 years average length of service) Working Location Strike anywhere in NCR Work Schedule Monday to Saturday / 8am to 5pm Additional Notes If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
