The Recruitment and Activation Manager is responsible for actively sourcing prospective financial advisors and agency partners/leaders to ensure manpower targets in the regions of assignment are met and to ensure activation of new advisors within their first 90 days.

  • Actively source recruits for advisors and AAM candidates in collaboration with agency leaders to contribute to manpower build-up
  • Conduct onboarding programs for newly hired advisors within the first 90 days to increase retention and productivity
  • Organize recruitment activities and source potential leads through various platforms
  • Convert business opportunities from program attendees to advisors

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
  • At least 3 years solid experience in Recruitment and People Development gained in the life insurance industry
  • Training background is an advantage
  • Good facilitation and presentation skills
  • Experience in sales is an advantage
