This role involves overseeing administrative functions, coordinating staff, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient service delivery across all villages. The Village Administrator acts as a key liaison between residents, the Property Management Office, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and address community needs. At least 3-5 years of experience in property or village management, with supervisory experience. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of local regulations related to property management. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
