About Our Client We are working with an AI-health tech US-based start up revolutionising health care with cutting edge AI solutions. They are a company optimizing work flows and improving patient outcomes through the use of AI tools.They are building their pioneering/founding team here in the Philippines. Job Description You will be a key part of our sales processes, focusing on prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up valuable meetings with healthcare decision-makers. Your role involves proactive outreach across multiple channels to maintain a strong sales pipeline while providing market insights to enhance their sales strategies.Your role will revolve around the following: Prospect and qualify leads - Identify, research, and connect with potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking. Initial outreach - Engage prospects to understand their needs and introduce them to the solutions. Schedule meetings - Arrange discovery calls and product demos with qualified leads for the sales team. CRM management - Keep accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with sales teams - Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead hand offs. Market intelligence - Gather feedback from prospects to improve messaging, product offerings, and sales strategies. Meet and exceed goals - Consistently meet or exceed activity targets for calls, emails, and scheduled meetings. The Successful Applicant 5+ years in a similar roles, ideally in SaaS, technology, or B2B industries. Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive, results-driven approach. Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot and other sales technologies.
