AI Developer
to join our dynamic AI/ML Engineering team and help us build, deploy, and maintain high-impact production AI systems.

Role Description

As an AI Developer, you will be deeply involved in the entire machine learning lifecycle, from research and prototyping to MLOps and production deployment.

• We are currently focused on projects like
  predictive maintenance
  for industrial clients,
  advanced NLP models
  for automated document processing, and
  computer vision systems
  for quality control.

• We operate primarily on
  GCP
  (Google Cloud Platform) using services like Vertex AI, utilize
  Kubernetes
  for orchestration, and manage our code and models through
  GitHub Actions
  and internal MLOps pipelines.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable machine learning models and pipelines using
  Python
  and standard ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).

• Work closely with the MLOps team to deploy models into production environments (e.g., using FastAPI/Flask) and ensure continuous monitoring, maintenance, and retraining.

• Perform data exploration, preprocessing, and sophisticated feature engineering to prepare high-quality data for model training.

• Implement best practices for
  Responsible AI
  , focusing on model fairness, interpretability, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear, technical AI solutions.

• Maintain clear, concise documentation for models, APIs, and development processes.

Qualifications

Educational & Language Requirements

• Minimum Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field,
  OR
  equivalent practical experience (minimum 3 years) in AI/ML development.

• Preferred Education:
  Master's degree in AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field, or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS ML, GCP ML).

• Language:
  Professional working proficiency in
  English
  (written and verbal, minimum B2/C1 level) for technical discussions, documentation, and reports.

Technical Skills Requirements

Minimum Requirements (Must-Have)

Experience:

• 3+ years
  of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years
  of hands-on machine learning development experience.
• Experience completing
  at least one full ML project lifecycle
  from data ingestion to production deployment.

Programming & Data:

• Expertise in
  Python
  (3+ years experience).
• Basic
  SQL
  knowledge for data manipulation.
• Experience with data manipulation libraries (
  Pandas, NumPy
  ).
• Proficiency with version control (
  Git
  ).

Machine Learning & Development:

• Strong understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning fundamentals.
• Experience with
  at least one major ML framework
  (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model monitoring.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks (
  FastAPI, Flask, or Django
  ).
• Experience with development environments (Jupyter notebooks, Google Colab).
• Basic understanding of containerization (
  Docker fundamentals
  ).
• Proficiency in model evaluation metrics and validation techniques.

AI Ethics & Compliance:

• Understanding of
  bias, fairness, and interpretability
  in AI systems.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

• Specialized AI:
