Your Role As a Remote Lead Scheduler, you will: Scheduling Oversee and manage the daily, weekly, and monthly nursing schedule for clients, ensuring that all shifts are filled and that staffing levels meet client needs. Review and manage client requests, ensuring that nursing staff availability aligns with these requirements. Coordinate with Client Relations and Sales teams to place nurses and adjust schedules based on client needs, emergencies, and special requests. Communication Act as the point of contact for nursing staff regarding scheduling, availability, and shift changes. Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Client Relations Manager regarding any scheduling conflicts or changes. Ensure all parties are informed of schedule updates, cancellations, or emergencies. Staff Management Regularly check nurse availability and proactively fill gaps in the schedule. Work closely with the nursing team to ensure that they are equipped to meet client needs on time. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure sufficient staffing levels. System Management Utilize scheduling software (e.g., Kantime) to track and update shifts, ensuring accurate records and client documentation. Manage and update schedules in the system, including real-time adjustments to accommodate changes in availability or staffing requirements. Ensure that all client care assignments are correctly documented and compliant with regulatory standards. What You Need Non-negotiables LPN or RN certification preferred, with a background in home care or nursing. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in nursing or home care settings. Experience in scheduling, coordinating, or managing healthcare professionals. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote environment. Familiarity with home care scheduling software (experience with Kantime is a plus). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely manner. Ability to manage a remote team effectively and collaborate across time zones. Must be flexible and adaptable to changing client needs and emergencies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
