- Plan and oversee projects to ensure they are delivered in a timely fashion and within budget.
- Plan and identify project resources and budgets.

Job Qualifications
- Background in payment processing, merchant acquiring and e-commerce.
- Familiar with agile methodology, especially working within multiple scrum teams.
- Well organized and able to prioritize work effectively.
- Familiar with Atlassian tools such as Jira.
- Experience with a proper development lifecycle.
- Ability to draft a business requirements document.
- Willingness to take ownership and show initiative to achieve results.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral in English and Tagalog; able to communicate effectively to business and technical teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to manage relationships across the organization.
- Systematic approach to handling problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent.
- At least 2–3 years of project management experience.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projects spanning multiple functional areas.
- Mentor junior PMs and drive process improvements through critical thinking and business partnering.

- Direct enterprise projects across multiple business units and partner with the RealPage PMO.
- Develop project documentation including charter, business requirements, business case, functional and technical specifications, and project plans.
- Assist in creating formal business cases and conducting cost-benefit analyses as needed.
- Lead stakeholder management and create project scopes, plans, risk registers, and QA use cases.
- Mentor team members and foster professional growth; serve as liaison across functional areas and external partners.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Agent for change; able to work across functional areas.
- Critical thinking with calculated risk-taking.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience managing multiple large-scale projects.
- Intermediate knowledge of technology, software, and systems integrations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Professional), MS Project, MS Visio.
- Professional and ethical conduct; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
