Overview

Infrastructure Project Manager role at MicroSourcing. Onsite, Day Shift. Location: Picadilly Site, BGC.

What You'll Do
  • Project Delivery Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of business projects for customers, ensuring outcomes align with scope, budget, and timeline. Manage resources, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Program Support: Collaborate with Senior Project Managers or Program Managers on large strategic initiatives. Provide hands-on planning, execution, and reporting support.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Build relationships with clients, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and trust.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular status updates, executive reports, and project documentation. Ensure clarity, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Financial Tracking: Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and purchase/service orders. Ensure financial KPIs are met and address cost overruns through approved change requests.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure project artefacts and processes comply with internal methodologies and industry best practices; implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Provide support to teams as required.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and contribute to templates, tools, and procedures.
  • Executive Communication: Produce high-quality reports and presentations for executive leadership; communicate complex project information clearly.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Work across departments and with external partners to align activities and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Adaptability and Problem Solving: Navigate a fast-paced environment and respond decisively to challenges.
  • Vendor Management: Proven experience in vendor management, performance monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
What You'll Need
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Infrastructure project management with a proven track record; experience supporting large teams and cross-functional stakeholders; IT Infrastructure initiatives (LAN/WAN, firewall upgrades, SD-WAN); cloud infrastructure and customer solutions projects; experience with multicultural teams across regions.
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in business, IT, engineering, or related field.
  • Professional Skills: Strong analytical and strategic planning; leadership and relationship-building; adaptability in dynamic environments; excellent administrative, business writing, and communication skills; commercial acumen; experience in executive-level reporting; proven ability to improve delivery performance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP S4HANA and ServiceNow.
  • Preferred Certifications and Experience: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile methodologies, ITIL; ICT or telecommunications sector experience; knowledge of ICT software and hardware products.
