Overview

Pacific Skyloft Residences Condominium Corporation is seeking a dedicated Accounting Assistant to join our team in Manila City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient financial operations of our organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Process and record financial transactions, such as invoices, expenses, and payments
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and other financial accounts
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and other accounting documents
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting assistant role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Xero or QuickBooks
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
