Branch Operations Head - Retail Banking

China Banking Corporation is looking for Branch Operations Heads for our Retail Banking Business Segment.

As Branch Operations Head (BOH) , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensuring that branch operations adhere to bank policies and procedures. Administratively, the BOH reports to the Branch Manager and is accountable for the operational efficiency of the following:

  • Accounting Section
  • Loans Section
Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures.
  • Ensure operational efficiency of the Accounting and Loans Sections.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any business course; CPA is ideal if accounting graduate.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in branch banking operations.
  • At least three (3) years of experience as a Branch Officer.
  • Customer service-oriented with ability to support the branch through relationship building with clients.
  • Willing to work onsite.
