We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Head to lead our Iloilo operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance, ensuring smooth shipping and supply chain operations, and building strong customer relationships. As Branch Head, you will oversee branch growth, manage day-to-day operations, and inspire a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership in freight, shipping, and supply chain operations.
  • Oversee trucking coordination, port procedures, and end-to-end logistics.
  • Drive branch revenue targets and ensure consistent business growth.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term partnerships.
  • Supervise, guide, and develop branch staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, port regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in freight forwarding, shipping operations, and supply chain management.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in team supervision or branch/operations management.
  • Strong background in business development, customer service, and revenue generation.
  • Freight or Supply Chain certification preferred.
  • Driver's license is an advantage.
  • Must be based in Iloilo or willing to relocate.
