Purpose of the Role Intogreat Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Broker Assistant to support our specialist insurance team, working across both domestic and commercial lines. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about client service and eager to grow within the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities Respond to requests for action from Account Executives, Branch Managers and Internal Managers Processing of new business, renewals and policy maintenance to ensure provision of excellent service to clients and the highest quality input to insurers Assist with lodging and following up claims online Provide and follow up on quotations Attend to front counter payments and enquiries Assist internal brokers as and when required Ensure client and company needs are protected at all times Attend to enquiries from potential clients Follow up referred leads Gather underwriting information from clients Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with relevant statutory and industry requirements and codes Work effectively with team to accomplish organisational goals Keep management and others informed appropriately and as required about work status Take actions that respect the needs and contributions of others What We’re Looking For Has minimum of 3 years of work experience in AU General Insurance Has 2+ years supporting an AU insurance broker Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Experience with CBS insurance software/tool is nice to have Why IntoGREAT?
