We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Broker Assistant to join our team and support our brokers in delivering exceptional insurance solutions to clients across Australia. In this role, you will assist with policy administration, client communications, and document preparation, playing a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient brokerage operations. Responsibilities Processing Renewal invoice processing in accordance with procedures Ad hoc new business quoting, renewal and endorsement invoice processing in accordance with procedures Set up and maintain renewal tasks within required timeframes General Administration Photocopying, filing, archiving, and electronic document management Answering the telephone in a timely and professional manner Typing and secretarial support to Account Managers as and when required Adhere to OH&S and WorkCover requirements Telephone/written follow ups to be completed in accordance with procedures Management of follow up system set up (Task Reminders) Electronic scanning and filing in accordance with procedures Client and Team Support Provide professional assistance to clients via phone and digital communication Support Account Managers with typing, documentation, and secretarial tasks Assist the broader Famous Insurance Brokers team as required Professional Development Ensure ongoing professional development through participation of approved training and development programs Participate in relevant ongoing training to comply with client training requirements Completion of Tier 2 Requirements Minimum 3 years as Broker Assistant Tier 2 certification required Experience in any Insurance System like Winbeat, Officetech, Sunrise (accessed via Winbeat) and SCTP Experience with InsureBot and Microsoft Power Automate nice to have only Computer literate – confident user of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Understanding of insurance and insurance related products Knowledge of relevant Acts and legal obligations Benefits Why IntoGREAT?
